Deniz Ay has developed a strong foundation in private law through her undergraduate studies at Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law, which she pursued on a full scholarship. With proficiency in both Turkish and English, she effectively contributes to a broad range of legal projects.

Through the internships she completed during her academic studies, she has gained substantial practical experience across multiple areas of law. Deniz has been actively engaged in drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing legal opinions, conducting immigration and citizenship procedures, and supporting M&A-related processes, among other legal matters of varying scope. These experiences have enabled her to develop a well-rounded perspective in legal processes.
