Oğuz is a senior associate at SSI, where he provides legal consultancy to national and international clients in various areas of law. He represented clients in several sectors including energy, aviation, construction and information technology. He is experienced in review, preparation, negotiation and execution of various types of commercial contracts, particularly energy supply, EPC/EPCM, maintenance, procurement, confidentiality and license contracts.

He provided legal counselling in contract related international and national disputes, day to day affairs, business needs, corporate correspondences for major clients in energy and natural gas sectors. He has experience in annulment cases for the nullity of international arbitration awards and in commercial litigation proceedings in foreign jurisdictions in collaboration with foreign legal consultancy firms, including those based in Sweden and Singapore.

He has also advised on large-scaled Build-Operate- Transfer (BOT) projects, management of contracts and on review, revision and negotiation of various agreements including maintenance and support services purchase agreements, supply and installation agreements, execution of mechanical, electrical and IT works agreements.

He has also provided legal advice to clients in a commercial law clinic in London, in the areas of UK company law and intellectual property law in collaboration with solicitors from leading law firms in London.
