Tansu is an of counsel mainly focused on corporate and commercial law including cross border merger and acquisitions, corporate restructurings as well as corporate advisory matters.

She specializes in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, commercial law, contract law as well as advising on compliance procedures and day-to-day needs of local and international companies. Her expertise extends to drafting legal due diligence reports, share purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements, merger and de-merger processes of companies as part of restructuring projects.

Tansu also has hands-on experience in regulated industries, securing permissions from public and government bodies such as the Competition Authority, Capital Markets Board, the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.
