Hüseyin Fatih is a junior associate assisting our corporate and M&A and banking & finance departments.

He has been involved in M&A transactions both in the buy-side and sell-side of the deals. He worked and assisted the team in drafting and revisions of share purchase and shareholders agreements and preparation of legal due diligence reports, commercial contracts of retainer clients.

Fatih also works with various local and international clients in respect of their banking agreements, the collection of corporate document and the legalization procedures.
