Defne Çağatay has gained knowledge in private law through her undergraduate studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Law. She is fluent in both Turkish and English.

Throughout her education and internship experience, she has gained experience in contract law, corporate law, and commercial law, working in both advisory and transactional practice and developing practical skills. She is particularly interested in developing her expertise in contract review and advisory work, and continues to focus on matters relating to corporate law.
