Lina Karasu graduated from Koç University Faculty of Law in 2024 and completed her legal internship within our office. She is fluent in both English and Turkish.

She is involved in the preparation and review of contracts and advises clients on legal risks arising in connection with their commercial activities. Within the scope of corporate law, she provides legal support on various corporate matters, including general assembly and board of directors processes.

In the field of dispute resolution, she is involved in litigation and enforcement proceedings concerning a broad range of disputes and provides legal support to clients at various stages of contentious matters. She also works on employment law matters, both in an advisory capacity and in connection with disputes.
