Kerem is a founding partner at SSI and specializes in foreign investments, banking and finance transactions and corporate law.

He represents many foreign investors in their banking and finance transactions, loan agreements, corporate establishment procedures in the sectors of energy, precious metals, insurance and pharmaceuticals.

Kerem is also experienced in Islamic banking and finance transactions, particularly in applications of Sukuk and represents clients in all matters related to these transactions and applications.

He completed his master’s degree with his thesis regarding foreign investments in the renewable energy sector and dispute resolution mechanism of such investments.
